At innoweave® ,we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not happy with your order, please review our Refund and Cancellation Policy below
1. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. To cancel, please contact us at www.innoweave.in with your order details.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
2. Returns
We accept returns of unused and unwashed towels within 7 days of delivery.
To initiate a return, please contact us at innoweave.in with your order number and reason for return.
Please note that return shipping costs are responsible by the customer.
3. Refunds
Refunds will be processed once the returned items are received and inspected.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item is damaged or you receive an incorrect order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement.
We may request photos of the damaged or incorrect items to process your claim.
5.Non-Returnable Items
Personalized or custom products cannot be returned or refunded unless damaged or defective.
